Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl except the salt.
Place defrosted fish in the marinade, coating well and chill for no more than 30 minutes.
Remove the fish from marinade and lightly oil the fish with a little sunflower oil.
Salt the fish lightly and cook on a well-oiled hot plate for only a few minutes each side.
Serve.
- You can cheat by just combining your favourite curry paste with a few spoonfuls of natural yoghurt and rub this over the fish – but either way always leave the marinade on for no more than 30 minutes to keep the texture of the fish pristine.
- Remember to always cook your fish just through, less is more as it will continue cooking after it comes off the hot plate.
TIP: To thaw the Simply Natural Tarakihi Fillets, place sealed bag in a sink of water for 10-15 minutes.
